Note: Bank wire service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. Sometime even you paid full bank wire transfer service charge, we may receive less money.

Our bank only accepts Visa or Master Credit Card for any trip booking advance payment. Also Debit card are acceptable. To process payment with your Visa or Master card, we just need below information about Credit/debit Card:

As per bank credit card centre policy, 4% service Charge will be levied on any amount you wish to pay from your Credit/Debit card.

We use Himalayan bank (a popular commercial Bank) in Kathmandu, Nepal. This bank will securely process payment from your Card.  Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions have their own USD transaction Current Account for all Trip deposit payment or all payment regarding trip either by Bank Wire transfer or by credit card payment transfer.

American Express card payment is only possible if you present yourself at banks in Kathmandu, Nepal with your passports and details of your card. So trip Booking Deposit payment by American Express Card is not possible BUT the Balance payment by this Card is possible in Kathmandu on arrival day.

• This is frequently asked questions by many travelers regarding advance deposit payment or any payment by credit card from their home.

  Please do not worry! You never loss any money from your credit card. We do thousands of credit card transaction each year this way, all our valued clients are happy. We are genuine travel company and fully registered. We work under the laws of our country.

  If our company does fraud with your Credit card, you can complain to any tourism departments or tourist crime police departments for refund of money taken without any purpose except trip payments.

  Moreover, our company maintained service guaranteed deposit of USD 3200 at Nepal Tourism Board (NTB).
