At Guide Nepal Holidays, the health and safety of our travelers is our top priority. We understand that there is concern surrounding the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are doing all we can to assist our travelers during this time. Of the total cases so far, 270,605 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,010 died, according to the ministry. We continue to closely monitor the situation as Nepal gradually opens its touristic services.

Due to the high level of uncertainty these days, we understand that people are very uncertain to book now for future dates. To make it easier for you to decide, we have made a very eased and simplified cancellation and refund policy, as following:

  1. Nepal Day tours can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure
  2.  Nepal best Multi-day tours Packages including Nepal best treks and Nepal Peak climbing trips can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to departure.

When cancelling a trip, you can choose between two options:

  1. Receive a full refund
  2. Keep the money you paid as a credit & receive an extra value of 10%. This credit can be used for any future booking that departs until the end of 2022.

The above policy applies whether we cancel the tour due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reason, or if the customer cancels for any reason. If you decided to keep your money as a credit, and you end up not having the chance to use it, you can always receive it as a refund upon request.
