At Guide Nepal Holidays, the health and safety of our travelers is our top priority. We understand that there is concern surrounding the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are doing all we can to assist our travelers during this time. Of the total cases so far, 270,605 people have achieved recovery whereas 3,010 died, according to the ministry. We continue to closely monitor the situation as Nepal gradually opens its touristic services.

Cancellation of a tour must be done only via email, to guidenepalholidays@gmail.com
The above policy applies whether we cancel the tour due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reason, or if the customer cancels for any reason. If you decided to keep your money as a credit, and you end up not having the chance to use it, you can always receive it as a refund upon request.
