Trek to upper valley of Naar Phu, opened to tourism only in recent years, retains a strong scent of authenticity. At Kathmandu international Airport, After Visa formalities complete, we have to come downstairs to collect Luggage and proceed to outside from terminal Building. After Breakfast your day will start for sightseeing tour of 4 Popular UNESCO Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley. Our first destination is Swoyambhunath. This place offers a majestic view of the entire Kathmandu valley. Stupa of Swoyambhunath epitomizes Buddhism. Your guide will enlighten you with detailed historical and cultural information about the place. After this you will visit Living goddess home and Kathmandu Durbar square. Locally this, Old royal palace area is called Basantapur Area or Hanuman dhoka Durbar Square. Our next sightseeing will be at Boudha nath (the biggest & Largest Buddhist Stupa in the World). In this Area, you will visit Buddhist Monastery and stop for lunch Break. If weather is clear you can see nearest Mountain of Kathmandu- Ganesh Himal from top of Restaurant.
After Lunch, we will visit Hindus temple Pasupatinath and tour for today is finished. It normally takes 5-6 hours tour to visit all these 4 monuments within Kathmandu city. Afternoon free for packing for trek and getting ready.
After Breakfast. Our trekking guide will come to the hotel at 07:00 hrs to pick you with private transport to leave for Besi Shahar (185km) and will take us about 6 hours. Along the journey you will witness some spectacular scenery of White Mountains, green hills, rivers and hamlets. We overnight at a guesthouse.
Today we take Local jeep to drive up to Tal. The newly build road allows us to drive by Local jeep. We can see wonderful views of waterfalls, village, rivers and Marshyandi Valley along the way to Tal.
We will pass the village of Tal at 1700 meter which lies at the foot of a large waterfall. The trail crosses a broad, flat valley that was once a lake (Tal means lake) after which we will cross the Marsyangdi by a 60 meter long suspension bridge. The trail will climb up from a second suspension bridge to a stone kani (an arch over the trail) which marks the entrance to Dharapani at 1960 meter. All old villages from here to Kagbeni have these arches and they become more elaborate and picturesque as the Tibetan influence becomes stronger. The trail slowly climbs from here on through a forest of blue pine, spruce, hemlock, maple and oak to Bagarchhap. This is the first village on the trek with typical Tibetan architecture: closely spaced stone houses, with flat roofs piled high with firewood. (5 hrs).
We will first follow the south bank of the river climbing to Syal Khola (the river of jackals) at 2210 meter, after which we will cross the river over a cement bridge near a spectacular waterfall. The route crosses several landslides as it works its way uphill through a walnut tree forest. Throughout the day there are nice views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II and Annapurna IV (7525m) (6 hrs).Day 05. Dharapani - Koto (2600 m) On leaving the village, discover our first " 8000 " prayer walls and gompas . Halfway through the village of Timang (2570 m ) offers a beautiful view of Manaslu . We leave the classical route of Annapurna round to follow , for five days, the course of Naar Phu Khola to discover the high valleys of Naar and Phu , recently opened to tourism. The gorges are very wild Naar Phu . Step gradual ascent through beautiful pine forests . Beautiful views south over the Lamjung Himal . Overnight in tents in the woods near a beautiful waterfall. After an hour walk , we cross a small stream , then the path straightens abruptly during the last hour before reaching the village of Meta where people live Naar during the winter months. Khampa warriors originating in Kham (eastern Tibet) , settled in Metha after the Chinese invasion of Tibet in 1959, before being expelled in 1975 when a Nepalese military intervention. Their passage , there are some ruins of an old fort above the village. Overnight in tents with views of the Pisang Peak (6092 m) , Kang Guru ( 6,990 m) , Lamjung Himal the , Annapurna II. Morning departure to achieve progressive Jhunum ( 3695 m) , where we cross two rivers . The path , steep , climbs to the village of Chyakhu . The terrain is gentle, and a pleasant path leads us to the hamlet of Khampa Kyang . The inhabitants of the hamlet of Alpine Phu come to take shelter in the winter. Along the way , unobstructed view of Annapurna II and IV, the glacier north of Kang Guru Himal and Juna . All meals included overnight stay at Tented Camp.
We begin the hike on a beautiful trail carved into the rock , then we go down to the waters of Phu Khola , we follow for some time. We must again gain altitude to reach the gate of the village and beyond , the village of Phu itself. Broad view on top of Kang Guru (6981 m), the Juna Himal in the east. Visit the monastery of Tashi Lakhang , one of the oldest monasteries in the Himalayas of Nepal . The habitat here is typically Tibetan. Beyond, the valley continues towards Tibet and the high peaks of the Peri Himal ( Himlung and Ratna Chuli ) . All meals included overnight stay at Tented Camp.

Starting in quiet false flat downhill, we crossed the river Labse ( " Snow Leopard " in Tibetan) on a beautiful bridge, then steep climb to reach a set of ancient chortens . Arriving at the village of Naar . Exceptional views of Pisang Peak and Kang Guru . Imposing mani walls and a large prayer wheel mark the entrance to this bustling village. Surge towards the neck . Beautiful mountain atmosphere ! We spend close to a small lake before starting the final climb. The view is majestic Kang Guru . Cervical , breathtaking views across the peaks of the Annapurna range . The first 100 meters below the neck asking for attention.
